The topology prevents self-intersection and gaps, while ensuring complete coverage amongst the participating features.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>A weekly maintenance process dissolves out groups of like data into individual features.
