Description: This feature is an inventory of existing cemeteries in the County of Roanoke. It was researched by Thomas Katka with the Roanoke Regional Preservation Office with the Commonwealthof Virginia Department of Historic Resources and published in 2000. Chris Patriarca with the County of Roanoke Planning Department created this point feature in 2010. The GIS Staff maintains this feature and will add new cemeteries as they are determined.
